Shipping & returns



Due to the difficult COVID-19 situation, delivery times are longer than normal.

(All orders are normally handled and fulfilled with emphasis on hygiene. Covid-19 does not currently affect our delivery times.

Please note that the delivery time including handling is 6-14 business days.)

You will receive the tracking link latest a few days before the arrival of the package.

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original payment method.

If you are purchasing a product that is on ‘pre-order’ the date of shipping will be displayed on the product description.

Shipping costs and shipping times

AirTrack Nordic Home, AirTrack Nordic Carbon & AirTrack Nordic Standard:
  • Free Delivery: Delivery time 3-5 business days

Other AirTrack Nordic products:

  • FedEx Standard shipping:

    Free* - delivery time 3-7 business days + handling time 3-7 business days

  •  DHL Express shipping (currently unavailable):

    $30-$60 (depending on the weight of the product) - delivery time 3-5 business days + handling time 3 business days

*Free shipping is for inflatable products. When ordering only a foot pump or a connector, the shipping cost is $19

Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of your order.

Please note that we only process orders on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 4 pm or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Order change and cancellation policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at the time of purchase.
Please understand that unfortunately we cannot cancel or change orders that are already being processed.


    We have a 14 day return policy. Any product can be returned within 14 days of receiving it.

    Christmas extended right of return:
    We offer an extended return policy for orders placed between 22.11 - 25.12.2022. The right of return is valid until 31.1.2023.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Return steps:

    1. Get in touch with our customer service for instructions by sending us an email to Tell us your order number and indicate which item(s) you would like to return. 
    2. If the item in question is AirTrack Nordic Carbon, AirTrack Nordic Home 10ft, or AirTrack Nordic Standard await for our further instructions, as we will provide you with an RMA form and an address label. The product will be returned to an Amazon warehouse in the U.S. Otherwise you may follow the steps from 3. onwards.
    3. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
    4. Drop off your package at the local post office. Our return address is Honkanummentie 13, 01380 Vantaa, Finland.
    5. Provide us the tracking number of the return item.
    6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    7. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.


    Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition, we will quality check them and process a refund. 

    Your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days of receiving your return.

    Late or missing refunds:

    If you haven’t received a refund yet and believe that it should have already arrived, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    If that doesn’t solve the issue, next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

    Taxes and duties:

    Please be noted that import duty is not included in the item price or shipping costs. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs.
